The VANS shoes and clothes we offer are manufactured by our trusted factory and vendors who guarantee genuine products and quality. 

 

Order performance is ensured by qualified personnel. All the products we ship are new, unused, in factory packaging.

 

We make sure that the shipments are prepared carefully and packaged so that your goods arrive in a perfect condition.

 

We believe that nobody should be left with a product they don't like. Therefore, if you find your product unsatisfactory for any reason whatsoever, or if you made a mistake in choosing the product for yourself, do not hesitate to tell us about it. We want you to be always satisfied; therefore, we have developed a dependable goods replacement scheme to make the whole process quick and effective.

 

We accept returns and complaints within 10 days after you receive your order.

 

Please open your shipment to check whether it is not damaged or has not been opened. If any such issues are discovered, please notify us immediately. If a complaint is filed, the shop agrees to ship a new product or return the money (naturally, after we receive the defective shipment).

 

All returns should be sent to the address of the store, available on the CONTACT page.

 

Any complaints concerning mechanical damage to the parcel, occurring during transport, will only be considered upon execution of a loss report, signed by the recipient and the Sender of the parcel.

 

We do not accept COD parcels.

 

If a parcel is lost, a complaint procedure will commence after 21 days of shipping - for domestic shipments, and 1 month of shipping - for international parcels. We will pay your compensation after receiving a written notice of complaint handling by the courier firm. The period for handling complaints varies; typically, for domestic shipments is ranges around 30 days.
